please read carefully before booking

Due to the time of booking, a $50+ non- refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes towards your service and your remaining balance will need to be paid in CASH OR ZELLE 24 hours before your appointment time.

Late Fees are strictly enforced being that if you are late for your scheduled session it may interfere with another clients shooting time as well. If you are 15 minutes late it will be a $20 late fee. 30 minutes late will be considered reschedule or cancellation. If you decide to reschedule your deposit from your prior booking will still go towards your new scheduled date. If canceling, All deposits are non-refundable.

Due to COVID 19, ShotsbyXclusive will ONLY offer  group services in studio for (4)  people due to your safety and others. Outside shoots will remain the same.(UNLIMTED INDIVIDUALS)  During your session you are allowed Two assistants to assist you through your session. Any individuals who are not apart of the session must wear a mask.If you are feeling sick or have flu like symptoms please reschedule. please no children only if they are hand held babies are allowed.

Same Day sessions are available for a fee of $125. Before booking a same day session, you must get approval from us first for it to be valid.

Unedited photos will be sent. You are more then welcome to pay for extra photos to be touched/edited included with your  package deal. Photo prices range from $20 or more and will be added to your remaining balance.  Turn around time for pictures will be approximately 2 weeks from your scheduled session. If you need your pictures back beforehand   there is a $100 rush fee (4days) and will be added to your remaining balance.

Rescheduling/ Cancellation 

you're allowed one rescheduled appointment if needed to reschedule. Reschedules must be done 24 hours in advance to get your deposit transferred.  Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.  Deposits are non-refundable. and you will be subject to book another appointment if you cancel before 24 hours. A no call no show will subject to blocking for future bookings.

Basic Package:$250

(1) Hr session, (1) Solid Backdrop ,(2) outfit changes,(4) retouched photos,(1 individual only)

Premium Package:$350

(1) Hr & a half session (2) Solid backdrops (3) outfit changes, (6) retouched photos (up tp 4 individuals)

Headshots: $200

(30) Min Session, (1) solid backdrop (1) Look, (1) individual, (4) retouched photos

Business Package: $450

(2) Hr Session, (2) Backdrops/setups, unlimited outfit changes, (8) retouched photos, (up to 4 models)

Beach Location: $400+ Travel fee

(2) Hr session, (1) look, (8) retouched photos, (unlimited individuals) 

Onsite location: $375

(1) Hr Session (1) location of your choice, (unlimited outfit changes), (6) retouched photos (unlimited individuals) 

Graphic photos are not included in any of these packages and props are not included

Additions

  • Additional retouched photo - $25              

  • Additional person - $25 per person

  • Spotlight effect $25

  • RushRetouching-$100 ( 4 days)

  • Graphics - $50 per picture
